About the role

We are currently seeking a Senior Planning and Project Controls Manager to join our team based in any capital city. This is your opportunity to join a privately-owned Tier 1 constructor and International Engineering Enterprise. You will work across major construction projects.

This role is suited to candidates with prior bids and delivery experience with major projects exposure that can lead a team in bidding and delivery phases.

Candidates should have infrastructure construction background in rail, water, energy, defence, and/or roads/bridges.

Key responsibilities

• Assess detailed project and plans for all stages and facets of a projects to help deliver project outcomes on time.
• Liaise with project team, project management, client representatives and government agencies to develop solutions and strategies to achieve project and business goals.
• Assisting in the development of strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Develop and maintain a realistic schedules of work, basis of schedule and resource management in accordance with best-practice.

About you

• Solid experience in Project Planning & Scheduling on large-scale construction projects.
• Existing knowledge of construction techniques, methodologies, and processes.
• Strong leadership skills with prior exposure managing a team.
