Parental Leave Policy
Laing O’Rourke’s Parental Leave Policy sets a new industry standard, entitling Primary Carers to 26 weeks of paid leave at full pay. Secondary Carers can access 3 weeks' paid leave.

Superannuation
Australian Retirement Trust is our default fund, automatically contributing superannuation, giving our people access to low administration fees and a broad range of additional benefits. Alternatively, you can choose to direct superannuation contributions to a regulated, complying superannuation fund of your choice.
