Parental Leave Policy​

​​​​​Laing O’Rourke’s Parental Leave Policy sets a new industry standard, entitling Primary Carers to 26 weeks of paid leave at full pay. Secondary Carers can access 3 weeks' paid leave.

Laing O'Rourke has partnered with Bupa to offer all employees access to health care options.  Through the Laing O’Rourke superannuation plan, we provide standard death, total and permanent disability cover for all eligible employees.

Superannuation​

Australian Retirement Trust is our default fund, automatically contributing superannuation, giving our people access to low administration fees and a broad range of additional benefits. Alternatively, you can choose to direct superannuation contributions to a regulated, complying superannuation fund of your choice.​
