About the role

We are currently seeking a Solutions Delivery Lead for our AI-driven intelligence services business. The position could be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

In this role, you will lead client engagements from initiation through delivery to deliver high-quality, data-driven insights that transform project outcomes. You will operate as a trusted advisor to clients whilst coordinating with internal technical specialists to solve complex projects in construction, mining, and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 concurrent client projects (typically duration of 3-4 months)
• Manage project scope, timeline, quality and stakeholder expectations
• Translate technical optimisation outputs to business value
• Apply logical frameworks and data-driven analysis to generate insights
• Break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured work plans
• Lead stakeholder interviews and discovery workshops
• Contribute to service design and methodology refinement
• Scope new opportunities and develop project approaches
• Contribute to proposal development and pitch preparation

About you

• Minimum 4 years' experience in management consulting
• Tertiary degree in relevant field. MBA or postgraduate qualification is desirable but not required
• Experience in managing similar projects with proven track of leading engagements independently
• End to end delivery experience from scoping through to final recommendations
• Data and insight generation analytical skills
• Experience in construction or mining sector is preferred but not essential
