About the role

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for Senior planning and project controls manager for large infrastructure projects based in Perth. The role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and governance to the Planning function, ensuring compliance with business systems and process
  • Provide leadership and direction to P&PC team
  • Provide strategic analysis to the Project Leadership Team
  • Ensure Planning and Project Control processes and best practises implemented in the project
  • Develop and maintain fully integrated Programs
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure construction methodology is incorporated in project programs
  • Develop and maintain project reports (Schedule, Earned value, Progress and Performance)
  • Labour and plant productivity monitoring
  • Develop and update detailed hour by hour shutdown programs – utilising Primavera P6

About you

  • You will have
    • extensive experience in a similar role, backed by a relevant engineering degree
    • High Attention to detail
    • Strong communications skills
    • Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office experience is a must
    • PRISM G2, Navisworks and Power BI experience will be highly regarded
