Key responsibilities

  • Put your planning knowledge to work in new ways – use our suite of advanced and AI-enabled technologies to dive deep into project schedules, spotting optimisation opportunities, resource bottlenecks, and schedule improvements that deliver real value for major infrastructure clients.
  • Master next-generation planning technology – learn to operate AI-enabled scheduling software and advanced analytics tools that turn complex project data into clear, strategic recommendations.
  • Work as part of a close-knit three-person team – collaborate with our Optimisation Lead and Solution Delivery Lead to transform your analysis into compelling client presentations and reports.
  • Apply your hard-earned project experience – use your understanding of how construction really works to ensure our recommendations are practical, achievable, and make sense in the real world of project delivery.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in infrastructure projects.
  • 3+ years of hands-on site planning experience, including roles on major infrastructure projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or construction engineering or a related field;
  • Expert proficiency with Oracle P6 software and other project management tools.
  • In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling and project management principles.
  • A proven track record of identifying problems, developing solutions, and driving implementation to achieve project goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and implement new innovative technologies and software.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
