About the role

We are currently seeking a HR Systems and Project Manager to join our HR team in Brisbane, QLD. This permanent role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

 

This role will manage the continuous improvement of HR systems to ensure they are aligned with organisational requirements and processes, are appropriately maintained and configured and comply with internal governance and legislative requirements.

 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver HR system, data projects and initiatives
  • Ensure integrity and security of HR data and develop consistent reporting and data analytics.
  • Analyse data, identify trends to translate and communicate findings to meet requirements of relevant stakeholders.
  • Work in collaboration with the IT Team to automate and integrate systems and support HR data management across systems, including SuccessFactors, PageUp and Chris 21.
  • Maintain the integrity of HR data through regular checks and data audits, ensuring compliance with relevant business processes and legislative requirements.
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation aligned to organisational requirements
  • Responsible for ongoing support for HR Systems, including service escalation, investigations and budget management.

 

About you

  • Demonstrate knowledge of HR systems implementation and project management, including developing project scopes and managing external providers
  • Experience in designing and implementing HR systems solutions across a diverse organisation
  • Ability to understand business processes, identify and deliver practical solutions that meet organisational requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with HR data and analytics;
  • Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative and find practical solutions to solve complex problems;
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organisation.
