About the role

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer (Utilities) to join us on the Byford Rail Extension project.

Key responsibilities

  • As a Senior Project Engineer (Utilities) you will have excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • You will interface with Utility Service Providers including Contestable and Non-Contestable authorities. 
  • Tracking costs and managing subcontractors will be a key element to the role.
  • Your skill set will be both in pre delivery and delivery of major infrastructure projects.
  • You will provide leadership and direction to direct reports as well as interfacing with design management and construction delivery teams.
  • As a Senior Project Engineer (Utilities) you will uphold and promote the highest of Health and Safety standards.

 

About you

  • You will have experience delivering large scale infrastructure projects (Road/Rail), ideally having worked in a tier 1 setting. Leadership skills are essential for the role as well as a relevant Engineering or Construction Management degree. 
  • A degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil) or construction management with experience working on the delivery of major infrastructure projects, Utility relocations and stakeholder management.
  • Experience within the Utilities space is required for this position.
