About the role

We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our business . This permanent role offers great career prospects with a privately owned tier 1 constructor, and an international engineering enterprise.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing the daily logistics activities and be able to communicate well with the members of the team and other internal and external groups.
  • Responsible for ensuring (coordination of) delivery and receipt of materials in any area the project will be operating (Receipt, Storage & Inventory).
  • Monitoring and managing interfacing contracts logistics to suit project requirements
  • Liaison with production team to ensure timely delivery of project goals
  • Reviewing project budgets and forecasting

About you

  • Hold a Cert IV in Project Management Practices (desired) or Diploma or tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline
  • Good experience (minimum 2 years) with construction operations, some of which in a managerial position preferred but not essential. Project logistics experience preferred.
  • Proficient at utilising Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
