About the role

We are currently seeking a Project Digital Leader in Adelaide, South Australia. This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

As Project Digital Leader, you will lead the coordination and management of project digital delivery. Acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders, you’ll play a crucial role in implementing and driving the project’s digital strategy to success.


Key Responsibilities

You will play a key part in the successful digital delivery of construction programs of work through:

  • Mobilisation and set-up of digital resources
  • Digital delivery process set-up
  • Digital management plan development, implementation, and execution (to support delivery and management of contract scope)
  • Stakeholder coordination and change management
  • Digital resource management
  • Delivery vendor relationship management
  • Digital project reporting
  • Digital risk and opportunity reporting
  • Digital enablement and continuous improvement


About you

  • Bachelors degree (required) or Masters degree (preferred) in a technical based subject
  • At least 15+ years of demonstrable experience in major design and construction projects
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, management, and partnering skills
  • A demonstrated ability to influence and gain credibility with project teams, third-party delivery partners, and senior business stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of the application of model-based engineering and information management in the construction process
  • A strong understanding of engineering safety in design, as well as policy, procedures, and regulation as they relate to digital in construction
  • A quality focused mindset which drives the ongoing review of scope requirements and the management, reporting and escalation of risks and issues
  • The ability to solve complex problems through application of analytical and critical thinking
  • Strong project and program management skills with experience in resource planning and management
  • Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets
