About the role

We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Manager for Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital model engineering across major projects and programs.
• Drive model coordination, federation, automation and data quality.
• Deliver digital solutions that improve planning, delivery and reporting.
• Manage digital risks, stakeholder engagement and project compliance.
• Mentor digital teams and champion innovation and best practice.

About you

• 15+ years' experience in digital engineering, BIM or model-based delivery.
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Digital Engineering or a related discipline.
• Expert in digital model authoring, coordination and data management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement and digital transformation.
