About the role

We are currently seeking a Technical Product Manager based in our North Sydney head office.

We’re redefining decision-making in construction through innovative AI-driven solutions.

As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll be at the centre of product development, working cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused, data-driven solutions. You will lead the management of AI-driven product features, write product requirements, and ensure seamless coordination across teams.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute the roadmap for AI-driven solutions, prioritising features while focusing on best practices and tangible customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-impact features.
  • Write and maintain comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) Including:
    • Data ingestion and processing requirements:
    • Model requirements aligned with the business problem
    • Performance criteria and success metrics
    • Integration specifications with existing systems
    • User interface and experience requirements
    • Compliance and governance standards
  • Coordinate dependencies and deliverables across multiple squads
  • Organise and lead cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment and progress.
  • Conduct customer interviews to understand needs and validate solutions.
  • Present updates, key findings, and progress reports to executives and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and upskill team members in AI and data-specific practices.

 

About you

  • You’re passionate about using AI to solve real-world problems and thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment
  • Construction background preferred, not essential
  • 3+ years of practical experience defining AI, data science, and data engineering requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools including hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of AI, data science and data project management.
