About the role
We are currently seeking a Senior Resourcing Advisor to join our growing team in Adelaide. You’ll be joining a fun and supportive national resourcing team that are committed to achieving diversity and inclusion across our organisation. 


Key responsibilities 

  • Source and attract high-calibre talent to support the AUKUS program, with a focus on Australian citizens eligible to obtain the required Defence security clearance.
  • Build strong partnerships with key project stakeholders to understand current and future workforce requirements and provide proactive recruitment support.
  • Develop and manage internal and external talent pipelines, ensuring quality candidates are available for immediate vacancies while building a strong pipeline to meet future project demands.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment advice to hiring managers, supporting informed workforce planning and hiring decisions.

 

About you 

  • 5+ years' experience in talent acquisition or resourcing, managing high-volume recruitment across white-collar roles, ideally within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Defence recruitment experience or exposure to security-cleared hiring is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience using a range of recruitment systems, sourcing tools, and talent platforms to deliver successful hiring outcomes.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of the local talent market, supported by an established professional network and the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
