Key responsibilities 

  • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates and tender submissions for major projects.
  • Monitor market pricing, industry trends and innovative construction methodologies to support competitive bids.
  • Provide technical estimating expertise and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality estimates.
  • Lead, mentor and develop estimators and support team members to build capability and performance.
  • Support project handover by providing clear commercial documentation and cost information to delivery teams.
  • Assist with Bill of Quantities allocation and cost planning to support effective project controls.
  • Promote and maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental and wellbeing requirements across all activities.

 
About you 

• Advanced experience in the construction industry.
• Relevant qualifications.
• Ability to work with the main business packages such as COINS, Site Manager and Team Binder.
