About the role 

We are currently seeking a Quality Manager in Adelaide. This Expression of Interest is your opportunity to position yourself for future roles delivering complex, career-defining work alongside some of the industry's best talent.

Key responsibilities 

  • Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the project Quality Management Plan and quality assurance framework.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, client specifications, industry standards and ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Manage quality risks, non-conformances, corrective actions, defects and audit programs to drive project performance and compliance.
  • Oversee inspection and testing processes, quality documentation, records management and project handover requirements.
  • Conduct internal and external audits of project teams, suppliers and subcontractors to verify quality outcomes and contractual compliance.
  • Provide leadership, training and mentoring to project teams, fostering a strong culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders and delivery teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely achievement of project requirements.
  • Champion HSEQ standards and reporting, promoting safe work practices and environmental responsibility across all project activities.

About you 

• A minimum of 7–10 years’ construction/engineering project experience.
• Sound knowledge of Australian Standards (e.g. ISO 9001:2015), Industry Codes and Procedures.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Previous experience with Project Document Management Systems.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certificate of Attainment in Quality Management or equivalent.
• Business or engineering degree (desirable).
• Lead auditor qualification.
