Laing O’Rourke is a $6 billion international operation with nearly 70 years of involvement in Australian construction and infrastructure, including nearly two decades under the Laing O’Rourke banner.
The business delivers projects as diverse as the environments in which they are built, from major rail transport infrastructure projects, high security military bases, energy and resources infrastructure, as well as buildings at the transport interface. While we operate in every state and territory in Australia, Western Australia currently has several big career opportunities.
In Western Australia, Laing O’Rourke is the construction partner within the MELconnx Alliance, delivering the METRONET Morley-Ellenbrook Line; construction partner within the MetCONNX Alliance delivering the Byford Rail Extension Project; and we are currently bidding on other major rail and road infrastructure projects in and around Perth.
Our specialist Rail Operations business unit is fully engaged in Western Australia, with capabilities spanning all rail disciplines. Rail Operations supports the delivery of major projects and undertakes rail maintenance contracts, with a fleet of specialist plant and equipment.
Select Plant Australia is the fourth largest plant and equipment hire company in the country, servicing all parts of Western Australia, with a depot based in Malaga.
Laing O'Rourke provides relocation support to people who are moving to a new location, either long-term or permanently.
